Julianto Salomo Parluhutan Sirait graduated from Faculty of Law Catholic University of Atma Jaya (Sarjana Hukum/Bachelor of Law) in 2016.
And earned his Master of Law degree in 2019 from University of Indonesia under guidance of Dr. Daniel Yusmic Pancastaki Foekh,S.H.,M.H. (currently Judges of Constitutional Court RI ) in obtaining Bachelor Degree and while in master of law study under guidance of Prof. Satya Arinanto,S.H.,M.H. (expert staff of vice president RI) Julian has been an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Daniel has deep knowledge in Criminal Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment Dispute, and non-litigation dispute resolution.
Daniel brings extensive experience assisting clients through company establishment, contract drafting, employment disputes, and intellectual property protection. He actively represents clients in negotiations, mediations, and coordination with government authorities such as OJK, AFPI, and Kemnaker.
He is also a BNSP-certified Chief Industrial Relations Analyst, demonstrating his expertise in ensuring legal compliance and strategic corporate solutions.
